1. The service

Reklo AI Studio uses artificial intelligence to create ad copy, campaigns and images. By using the app you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account secure. You can delete your account at any time under Profile.

3. Your content

• You keep the rights to the photos, videos, voice notes and text you upload.
• You must have the right to upload that content (no infringing others' copyright or personal data).
• We process your content only to provide the service (see the Privacy Policy).

4. Generated results

You may freely use the generated copy and images in your business. AI output can be wrong: you are responsible for checking claims about price, ingredients, health or safety before publishing, and for complying with advertising law.

5. Prohibited use

• Illegal, misleading, violent or discriminatory advertising.
• Advertising prohibited goods or services.
• Attempting to disrupt the service, bypass limits or send spam.

6. Credits and plans

AI actions use credits; the cost of each action is shown in the app. If an action fails, its credits are refunded automatically. On the FREE plan, exported images carry a “Reklo AI Studio” watermark.

7. Telegram

To post to a channel, you make our bot an admin of that channel. The bot posts only what you choose in the app. You can remove the bot from the channel at any time.

8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of generated content.

9. Changes and suspension

These terms may be updated — the date is shown on this page. Accounts that violate the terms may be suspended.
