Reklo AI Studio (“the app”, “we”) creates ad campaigns from a photo, video, voice note, link or text about your product. This page explains what data we collect, why we use it and how you can delete it.

1. Data we collect

• Account: your email and name (if you sign in with Google or Apple — the name and email they share).
• Content you upload: photos, videos, voice notes, links and text.
• Generated results: campaign copy, edits and Photo Studio images.
• Settings: language, brand voice description, plan and credit balance.
• Telegram (optional): if you connect it — your Telegram user ID, username, name and the names of connected channels.
• Device: push notification token (if you allow it), technical error data and app usage analytics.

2. How we use data

• To generate campaigns, copy and images — the core purpose of the app.
• To run your account, credits and payments.
• To notify you when a task finishes (push or Telegram).
• To fix errors and improve the service.

We do not sell your content or disclose it to others for advertising.

3. AI and third-party services

To produce a result, your content is sent to the following services solely to fulfil that request:

• Anthropic (Claude) — image analysis and copywriting;
• Google (Gemini) — voice and video transcription;
• fal.ai — background removal and upscaling;
• Firecrawl — reading the page at a link you provide;
• Supabase — database, file storage and sign-in;
• Telegram — bot and channel posting (only if you connect it);
• Expo — push notifications; Sentry and PostHog — error reports and usage analytics.

AI-generated copy can be wrong or inaccurate — review it before publishing.

4. Retention

We keep data while your account is active. Deleting a project also deletes its files. Deleting your account deletes all your data and files immediately.

5. Your rights

• Delete projects in the app at any time.
• Disconnect Telegram and channels.
• Delete your account completely: Profile → Delete account.

6. Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Files are kept in private storage and opened only through short-lived links. Each user can access only their own data.

7. Children

The app is not intended for anyone under 16.

8. Changes

If this policy changes, the date on this page is updated; we will announce significant changes in the app.
